You may browse our web site without registering and purchase products via our website. When you purchase from us online customer, you agree that:
1. Any information which you provide shall be true and accurate in all respects.
2. Payment methods being used are your own and that there are sufficient funds in your account to cover the payment of product(s)
3. You will notify us immediately of any changes to this information or make any relevant changes to your account.
All items sold as handmade are subject to minor differences from each other due to the nature of the production process. Whilst every attempt is made to keep products within one range identical, there is a natural scope for small distinctions.
On placing an order from the www.simplybutterflybows.com website, your contract for purchases is made with Simply Butterfly Bows and you undertake that all goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
An additional delivery charge will be added to the cost of all orders on top of the product price to cover the cost of postage and packaging.
A confirmation e-mail will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail information about products ordered, payment method and total cost including postage and packaging.
On receipt of this email it will be deemed that your order has been accepted. If there is a problem with your order or your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us with further information.
All delivery times quoted may be subject to change. Goods will be dispatched to the address given at the time of ordering.
Due to hygiene reasons we are unable to offer a refund and/or exchange on all hair bows except in the unlikely event of a fault with the item.

We do not accept liability (except as set out in the below information) for any errors and/or omissions contained in our website and we reserve the right to change information, products, specifications, prices, descriptions and any details of listed goods, products, services and general information displayed on our website at any time without the need to give notice.
If an error is discovered on the price of a product purchased from www.simplybutterflybows.com, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In an instance where you have purchased an item at an incorrect price, we will email you to inform you that your order has not been accepted and that will be cancelled. If you have already paid for any products that fall under this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date from which you placed the order. Should you choose to then re-order the product, this will be classed as a separate transaction and will be subject to a new order number and invoice.
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not ordered or that are faulty or different in quantity to the order form, we shall replace or repair faulty goods or refund you the amount you paid for the goods in question, provided that you notify us of the problem by email within 7 working days of delivery of the goods and also under the proviso that all goods are returned to us – unless we inform you that a return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
At Simply Butterfly Bows, we take every measure to ensure we provide accurate and clear images for each product for sale on our website. We cannot be held responsible for any variations that may occur due to monitor differences (contrast, colours, brightness etc.) or any differences between the image and the actual product.

PRICING & PAYMENT
Prices shown on the Site are in GBP. All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The GBP at the time the order is accepted will be honoured, except in cases of patent error. Product prices are set at the beginning of each season. These prices are subject to change before your order is accepted or the items are subject to markdowns at any time during the selling period. If you are a customer whose credit/debit card is not denominated in Sterling, the final price will be calculated in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Orders placed with us will not be accepted and no contract will be formed between us until you have been instructed that said goods are available and that all goods and applicable charges have been paid in full.
We will confirm our acceptance of your order - on receipt of cleared funds – by email (where a valid email address is provided).
If you place an order and wish to cancel, you will need to contact us at email@example.com with your order number. Your refund will not be immediate and will follow normal return guidelines.
